Refund and Returns Policy

At Ara Designs, we strive to provide high-quality fashion and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom-sized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@aradesigns.pk with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
- Ship the item back to our provided return address.
- Once received, we will process your request within 7-10 business days.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only allowed for size issues or defective products.
- If the desired item is out of stock, you can opt for a store credit or a full refund.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts.
- Custom-sized or personalized items.
- Accessories (if applicable) for hygiene reasons.
7. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns.
- Ara Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
