1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom-sized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@aradesigns.pk with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
  3. Ship the item back to our provided return address.
  4. Once received, we will process your request within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for size issues or defective products.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, you can opt for a store credit or a full refund.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts.
  • Custom-sized or personalized items.
  • Accessories (if applicable) for hygiene reasons.

7. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns.
  • Ara Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
